He is an associate editor at Verso Books and a member of the editorial board of Narrow Margin, a quarterly magazine of film criticism.
Before joining Verso, he was a Government of Ireland Postdoctoral Fellow at University College of Dublin. He holds a PhD from the Program in Literature at Duke University.
